I’m sorry to say that I had a computer crash in 2015 and lost all my files and photos for this tutorial. I have created a new version with different colors in early 2016 for the OnStage Live event in Salt Lake City Display Board. I’ll be creating a blog post with some information on how I created the calendar and a pdf file of the 2016 calendar.
